NRA's Political Victory Fund proudly endorses Lynn Stucky for the Republican Primary Runoff Election in Texas House District 64. Rep. Stucky has an outstanding and proven record of support for your Second Amendment rights in the Texas Legislature.

More significant pro-gun measures have passed and become law in the Lone Star State during Lynn Stucky's tenure in the Texas House than any other state in the nation. The NRA has previously warned members about the misinformation campaigns being waged against incumbents like Dr. Lynn Stucky. Here was there message to voters ahead of the March primary election:

Dear Texas House District 64 Second Amendment Supporter:

In the runup to next year's primary elections, you can expect there will be attempts to misinform voters and distort policy positions on any number of issues, including firearms. In anticipation of that, NRA-ILA wanted to set the record straight in advance on your State Representative Lynn Stucky's votes and positions on your Second Amendment rights.

Lynn Stucky opposes gun bans, magazine limits, bans on private firearm transfers, and red flag gun confiscation legislation.

Lynn Stucky has a strong and proven record of support for our Second Amendment rights. He has voted for more than a dozen NRA-backed bills, including Texas' constitutional carry law, legislation prohibiting companies that discriminate against the firearm industry from obtaining government contracts, emergency powers reform measures to protect firearm businesses from closure during future disasters, a travelers' protection bill to ensure that hotel guests can transport and store their guns in overnight accommodations, and a measure prohibiting credit card companies and woke banks from using unique merchant category codes to track your lawful firearms purchases.
