Texas State Rep. Lynn Stucky filed a bill that will give Wise County HOT Fund authority to implement a 2-cent tax on stays at hotels. The funds will be used to support historic preservation, as well as tourism, promotion of events, and the expansion of the Wise County Fairgrounds.
